    Scotch, Scotch, Scotch.

These Speyside whiskys are smooth and perfect with any cigar: Macallan, Balvenie, Dalwhinnie.

Brenda, a nicely aged Lagavulin with a robust cigar is a great way to end the night.

You know, I do enjoy some Scotch....but I don't really get to drink it that often, as I usually prefer beer or port, even tea at times!!

I found that my favorite so far is Johnnie Walker Green Label, has a consistency like butter, I'll have to give these other ones a shot.  I've drank all the Johnnie Walkers, and a couple Macallan's, I think scotch still needs to grow on me.......

Anytime. I've had the 16-yr. It's smooth as silk with a caramel-like sweetness and no bite whatsoever. I could sip it all night, or until I fall out of my chair.

Cigarsmoka - If you're like me, Johnnie Walker will do you best if you're not big on Scotch. Since these are blends, they are much smoother than single malts. This is one reason I enjoy Lagavulin, a single malt that's far from petey and goes down like a blend. A 25-yr Macallan is just as nice.

Yeah, Scotches that are heavily petey are a little overbearing for me now....

I do prefer the blends...I'll have to pick up a couple bottles of scotch at the Duty free on my way back from Honduras...I love those prices!

Will you be going before or after CigarFest? If before, would you mind picking me up a bottle of Lagavulin 16-year and bring it to the Fest? I'll give you the cash once I see you :)

I'll be heading to PA after Honduras...No Problem...I'll grab a bottle for you...

    Hey Smoka,

I love scotch, but I am not in to heavy peat. Try highland scotch like Glenmorangie. I also love the Balvine that Brenda said. Try the balvine double wood.

    Cheers

    Martin
