I was speaking with a close friend of mine and he is a huge fan of Dog Fish Head beer which is a micro-brewery based out of Delaware.  He claims a beer they produce, Raison d'ettre, will compliment the Rocky Patel Vintage 1992.  Unfortunately, I have heard of Dog Fish Head but never had the chance to try it.  Three questions:

1 - Have any of you heard of or even tried that particular beer?

2 - If so, would it seriously compliment a Rocky Patel 1992 Vintage?

3 - If not, do any of you have a suggestion on what to try with the 1992 as a great compliment?

I am not sure if it was the dog fish head i had, but i have sampled a couple from dog fish brewry,  i think the one i am thinking of was the head, might have been the hair of the dog though.  if i am talking about the right one it is more of a barley wine, pretty sweet tasting, like 13% alcohol but you dont notice it (CAREFUL!!!) if you are the type that can enjoy sweet liquor with a cigar, then you will love that beer with an rp 92.  though i prefer the 90.  if you prefer bitter with a cigar (hop heads unite!!!) you wont like it.
